🎁 Benefits
- One month of EPF wage, up to ₹15,000, to first-time employees registered with EPFO, paid in two instalments (reported after 6 and 12 months of service)
- Employer incentives for additional hiring, paid to the employer's PAN-linked account
✅ Who can apply
- First-time employee in the formal sector; people who already had a PF account before the scheme start are not "first-time"
- Monthly wage up to ₹1 lakh (those with EPF wages up to ₹10,000 get a proportional incentive)
- Job created between August 2025 and 31 July 2027; Aadhaar-linked UAN activation required
